A typical day at Wings Nursery

A daily routine gives children a sense of security. This is why we ensure each day is properly structured while leaving enough time for spontaneous activities. The Nursery is split into two rooms. Puffins room is for our 2-3 year olds. Gulls room is for our 3-5 year olds. The day does have a structure with a mixture of inputs from th highly trained adults and children having their own learning time. We are very aware of preparing our pre-schoolers for their next steps and therefore we have daily phonics and maths input. we also encourage physical development with th help of write dance and clever ands activities.
